Make yourself comfortable and take 3 slow deep breaths in through our nose, out through your mouth.

Set your intention for this white light mediation to connect with your higher self, the universal energy, and to restore and allow your energy centers to be cleansed and released of any negative energies around your body. Imagine a white sparkling ball of light rotating above your head. Now slowly move this white ball of light down into the top of your top of your head, filling it with the white light, moving down, visualize this white light moving slowly into your third eye, filling the space between your eyebrows with this beautiful white light, allowing you to see clearly, continue to move the white light down into your throat, receiving this white light to punctuate your communications with clarity now move this white light down into your heart, lighting up your unconditional love of self and all life, slowly move this white light down into your solar plexus (2 fingers above your belly button), igniting your personal power, now move this white light down into your sacral (2 fingers below your belly button), expanding your creative and sexual energies, continue to move the white light down into your root (around your tailbone) clearing any limitations and fears you may have.
Imagine this white sparking ball of light moving slowly down your legs. Down into your feet, now pushing this white light through the earth’s surface. Feeling the warmth or coolness as you move this white light down into the earth. Continue moving the white light further and further down into Mother Earth.
Feel your body getting lighter and lighter, as you move this white light towards the middle of Mother Earth, (whatever that looks like to you), look around and find a place to anchor your white ball of light. (you can anchor by pushing into the earth, or covering it with rocks, or whatever that looks like to you).
As you anchor your white light, allow Mother Earth to purify and take any stresses and/or worries you may have, leaving them behind as you move the white light back up on to the earth’s surface.
Feeling lighter and lighter as your white light gets closer to the earth’s surface move the white light back up your feet and up your legs, into your root (around your tailbone), continuing to move the white light up into your sacral (2 fingers below your belly button), your solar plexus, (2 fingers above your belly button) and up into your heart, moving it into your throat, continuing moving the white light up into your third eye and into your crown, (at the top of your head) now move this white light up above your head allowing you to be fully grounded with Mother Earth and connected to the frequency of the white light.
I’d like to leave you with an affirmation to say and/or write 3 times a day for the next 3 to 7 days.

Now slowly move this pink light down into the top of your head) filling it with the pink light to bring in love and harmony, moving down visualize this pink light moving down into your third eye, filling the space between your eyebrows with this beautiful pink light allowing you to see a higher vision, continue to move the pink light down into your throat, softening your communication with love, now move this pink light down into your heart, expanding the wisdom of your heart, slowly move this pink light down into your solar plexus (2 fingers above your belly button), igniting the sweetness of your personal power, continue moving this pink light down into your sacral (2 fingers below your belly button), creating peaceful abundance, now move this pink light down into your root (around your tailbone) grounding you in love and harmony.
